Isaac Rowe: Isaac got into real estate full time in 2012 as an investor/agent and very quickly became a full time real estate investor. He has grown over the years and now does 75-100 transactions a year, and has done well over 500 houses in the last 10 years. He is one of the biggest wholesalers in Ohio and has also done a lot of business with other wholesalers and investors

Sean Grabow & Noah Mallen: Sean Grabow and Noah Mallen are accomplished real estate investors and entrepreneurs based in Columbus, Ohio. With years of experience in the industry, they have become respected business leaders, specializing in property flipping, wholesaling, and self-management of long and short term rentals. Together, they have built a thriving real estate investment company.

In addition to their real estate ventures, Sean and Noah are also the founders of Real Estate Solutions (RES), a virtual assistant company that helps fellow investors leverage offshore talent. Recognizing the potential for cost savings and increased efficiency, they are committed to providing exceptional service to their clients through RES.

Erik Latsha: Erik is the President & Founder of Honest Home Solutions, LLC. He takes great pride in being a student in the game of real estate investment. He is dedicated to continuous improvement and is constantly conducting market research and growing his extensive knowledge of Real Estate - including acquisitions, wholesales, novations, renovations, marketing, and the disposition of properties. He has been fully submersed in real estate for just under a decade and has been involved in over 1500 transactions. Erik’s company, Honest Home Solutions (HHS), with the guidance of his amazing team, is completing over 150 real estate transactions per year. Erik has been able to produce a culture with HHS that is truly focused on helping every client find a solution for selling their property, custom tailored to each individual’s situation. He and his acquisitions staff have personally walked thousands of properties and have had the opportunity to handle nearly every seller situation imaginable.

Our idea: Add an incredible amount of experience (collectively north of 7000+ transactions)and massive value to everyone that attends. We have a series of guest speakers coming in to discuss varying levels of investment strategies. Many will discuss their failures with equal parts on their successes.

How do you assess deals? What makes a flip/hold strategy work? Where do I get the money? Where do I find the properties? Benefits of wholesale vs retail? How do I keep the money in my pocket? What are tax strategies? What's non recourse vs recourse? Can I invest in real estate with no tax returns? Cap rates/NOI... how to raise capital, partnership structures for multi family, tax strategies, cash flow analysis... Anything and everything related to deal structure. From flips, to 1-4 units... From how you can go from 1 to 650 units. Bridge financing options, short term notes, ground up financing for investment properties, hard money and how it works... There has never been a group comprised of this much information for you to learn from.

The end goal: EDUCATE! We want all those who attend to come out of each of our sessions ready to take on the world. This will be the event of all events.
